About Michael DiMercurio

Michael DiMercurio has over 25 years of experience in project and construction management. His specialties include combined cycle power, nuclear fuel, solar steam, solar PV power, and cryogenics/ultrapure gas and hydrogen. Currently, Michael DiMercurio is employed at Power Engineers, Incorporated, as vice president of business development for the eastern United States.

Before his professional career, Mr. DiMercurio attained numerous achievements in college. He graduated with honors from the US Naval Academy with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He was first in his class, the best nuclear-power candidate, and the highest-ranked mechanical engineer. After the Academy, Mr. DiMercurio attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering in only two semesters.

Mr. DiMercurio has used his knowledge of mechanical engineering and the Navy to author several novels and one nonfiction book dealing with submarines. Publishers Weekly lauded Michael DiMercurio as “a master rivaling Tom Clancy.”
